Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee is a seven a-side game. To score players must catch the disc in an end zone area. Games are self-refereed and noncontact. There is a very sporting ethos surrounding the game and this applies to inter school tournaments as well.

Castletroy Ultimate Frisbee team train and play after school in the Sports Hall each and every Monday. Coaches come from UL as it is a big University game. All year groups are welcome to join. Contact Ms. Knight for further details.
